WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: MEASURE THE ACTUAL PHONE WITH A TAPE MEASURE
- W x L x D Need all three!! (no googled or decimal measurements)
- Type/Model of phone (iphone 4,5, 6, 6plus, Galaxy note, flip phone, etc.)
- Type of protective covering you are using (otterbox, lifeproof, etc.)
Note: Measure twice and measure carefully!
These cases are cut to your measurements and we do not accept returns if you give us the wrong dimensions.
Shipping
Each item is handcrafted to order in our Hardy, Arkansas workshop. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and shipping.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return or exchange. Custom/personalized items are final sale.
Leather Care Tips
- Keep leather away from prolonged direct sunlight and heat sources
- Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed
- Condition with a quality leather conditioner every 3–6 months
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
- Allow wet leather to air dry naturally — never use a hair dryer or heater
