1. Actual Phone Dimensions: Measure the Width x Length x Depth (W x L x D) using a tape measure. Please do not use decimal or manufacturer-provided measurements.
2. Phone Model: Provide the specific model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro Max, Galaxy S24 Ultra, Flip Phone, etc.).
3. Case Type: Note if you are using an Otterbox, Lifeproof, or any other protective covering.
