Required Sizing Instructions
Because each case is custom-cut to your specific measurements, we require the following information to ensure a perfect fit:
- Actual Phone Dimensions: Measure the Width x Length x Depth (W x L x D) using a tape measure. Please do not use decimal or manufacturer-provided measurements.
- Phone Model: Provide the specific model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro Max, Galaxy S24 Ultra, Flip Phone, etc.).
- Case Type: Note if you are using an Otterbox, Lifeproof, or any other protective covering.
Note: Please measure twice! As these are custom-cut items, we cannot accept returns based on incorrect measurements.
Shipping
Each item is handcrafted to order in our Hardy, Arkansas workshop. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and shipping.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return or exchange. Custom/personalized items are final sale.
Leather Care Tips
- Keep leather away from prolonged direct sunlight and heat sources

- Condition with a quality leather conditioner every 3–6 months
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
- Allow wet leather to air dry naturally — never use a hair dryer or heater
